This Borla(r) SwitchFire(r) X-Pipe is designed to replace the Merge X-Pipe in Borla(r) Cat-Back(tm) systems 140742, 140743, 140745, and 140746 and the Black Chrome and Carbon Fiber tip versions of them. Contains 2) 2.25″ I.D. Inlet x 2.75″ I.D. Outlet x 5″ Long Adapters, 1) SwitchFire(r) Assembly, and 4 clamps. SwitchFire(r) X-Pipe is 25.3″ Long x 7.8″ Wide x 5″ High (dimensions do not include adapters), with 2.75″ O.D. Inlet and 3″ I.D. Outlet. Completely eliminating the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, Borla(r)’s patented SwitchFire(r) design truly blends the combustion pulses from both sides of the engine for improved performance. The result is an aggressive custom sound and improved power.
